Soups From Me To You will be back at the Waterdown Farmers Market on Saturday September 11 from 8 am to 1pm and will be at the Market every Saturday till October the 9. You can pre-order our delicious products, and they will be waiting for you at the Market.

Interval House Annual Chilifest  September 24 – 26           

Soups From Me To You will be once again participating in the Interval House Annual Chilifest. You may place your order online Chili and pickup it up on the 25^th at Waterdown Market. Or you can just pick up your Chili on Sept 25^th at our booth at the Waterdown Market.  10% of pre-ordered Chili, and chili sold on the 25^th, will be given to Interval House.

Shared Rental Soups From Me To You Kitchen 

Many of us are Chefs and Cooks with great ideas for a Food Product, a Food Start-up business, product launch, or just want to make some seasonal (summer jam or winter cookies) product, but don’t have a Public Health Approved Kitchen. Soups From Me To You has expanded their Commercial Public Health Approved Kitchen and are now offering rental shared kitchen space at an affordable price. You will have access to a full production kitchen already built to meet required Health and Safety standards and overhead costs are taken care of. You can reserve a minimum of 3 hours per week or month, or seasonally.

Not Just Soup! 

Soups have been used as a base for sauces, entrees, and complete meals. Many of Soups From Me To You selections can be transformed into something a little more by adding your choice of fixin’s to any of our Soups. Today, we’ll tell you about ‘dressing up’ our Cream of Mushroom Bisque. 

Cream of Mushroom Bisque can be dressed up by adding thinly sliced mushrooms (fresh or sauteed), fresh peas, or sautéed/caramelized onions adding when heating.  If you’d like a little more protein in your soup, add bits of cooked ham, bacon, crispy prosciutto, smoky cheese, a swirl of sour cream or yoghurt or a sprinkle of parmesan. You can top off with gluten –free or regular croutons, buttery crackers or bread crumbs.
